It sounds dramatic but it& #39;s the only way I could move past certain friendships and toxic situations. It was such a loooong process and I realised there were more people involved in making that four month period the hell that it was INCLUDING MYSELF!!!
Anyway it helped me realise the severity of the situation in terms of how it affected my mental health, and now i understand certain things about myself, like how I was saying the other day sometimes just the word gaslighting triggers an extremely negative response from me
If anyone has even read up to this point in this thread please take yourself and your mental and emotional health seriously in whatever way you can. Sometimes it takes A LOT and people might not understand but you& #39;re worth the time and effort from yourself.
