How many of the MPs condemning Cummings have a London apartment & a home in their constituencies? Which one are they living in at present? Have they shifted at all btwn them since mid-March?

Any MP that transferred from their London apartment to their constituency home after March 23rd has accepted that it is within both the letter & the spirit of the lockdown rules to relocate if you had a good reason for doing so (as indeed it is).

The UK never had a "stay-in-place" type lockdown law that forbade people from relocating if they had a good reason for doing so. Perhaps the public *imagined* that that was the rule. Perhaps even some of the police *imagined* that was the rule. But it was never the actual rule.
