This happens in real life too. Boys cracking bad jokes on weaker fellow boys and harrasing them.

While some boys can take these kind of jokes, others can't.

And why should they?

Making adult jokes in front of a boy about his mother / sister or even the size of his penis is the most demeaning thing ever.

I don't understand this adult joke culture among boys.

These bullies have no idea what consequences this has on the person getting bullied.

That person can develop mental health issues that can affect his whole life.
