@Cool_My_World @bluestarindia1 @BlueStarCare please listen to my cry if you have one ounce of consideration for your customer... I purchased 1.5 Ton AC in July 18. At the onset only.. It used to give E1 error and the customer care resolved it by instructing to clean the filter ..
2. During April 19 ..the E1 error became frequent and occured every hour... Now customer Care had no option but to schedule visit of technicians and repair it as it was under warranty.. It took two months of no usage and continuous visit of technicians to resolve it
3. The control card was replaced but after a few days in June the same defect emerged... Again I along with my old mother had to be satisfied by fan even after spending fortune to buy world brand Bluestar AC.. In July 19 another control card was replaced and AC worked few days..
4. In Apr 20 ... Now the E1 error used to come even when AC kept on fan mode which continues till day .. Again my mother and me are left high and dry this summer due to E1 error .One representative called up to convey regrets due to COVID restrictions unable to resolve the issue
5. From above it is clear that the AC has a manufacturing defect and the customer rights have been abused by @Cool_My_World by not providing relief by replacement ... I and my mother have stayed without AC for three years now despite buying a world class AC..
6. It is the wish of my mother that I should bring out the atrocious handling of @Cool_My_World in resolving this issue and has instructed me to leave no stone unturned to work in the direction of legally penalising @Cool_My_World ...
7. In view of above please consider this thread as the prelitigation action on my behalf vs @Cool_My_World and it is requested that necessary documents for legal action be provided to me pertaining to action of @bluestarindia1 in mitigating the problems of customer as follows..
8. (a) schedule of visits to repair the AC
(b) Down time when AC was not working due to spare parts not available with technicians
(c) online troubleshooting records held with @bluestarindia1
(d) policy regarding non usage of AC due to incompetence of technicians to resolve E1
9. (e)Copy Necessary liscences of @bluestarindia1 that they have capability to manufacture AC for Indian weather..
(f) compensation policy of company if old people subject to suffering due to faulty product.. All these documents should be mailed to [email protected]
10. I will not leave any some unturned to take legal course in fixing @bluestarindia1 for compensation for suffering of my old mother for last three years....
