Some news in strange times! It’s my last week at @EquateScotland -been a privilege leading the organisation over the last 4.5 yrs, I hope I‘ve made a positive contribution to creating a fairer labour market for women and positioned Equate as the leading expert in #womeninstem

I’ve had the chance to work with a fab team and meet great folk dedicated to this issue, it’s hard to say bye but I’m excited about what’s next. I’ve also co-founded a feminist consultancy group with the brilliant @katenevens and @Elliehutch_ where we will be working on a range of projects - the first looking at public attitude change: http://www.thecollectivescotland.co.uk 

It’s exciting, but also nerve-wracking, but also happy, but also sad...so.
