I'm not ashamed to tell my boyfriend about it when I have menstruation. He's well aware of that and I'm glad about it, but many women/young girls in Sri Lanka have problems with menstruation. There're many myths about menstruation. Some women don't bathe 2/4

during their menstruation. Some people including men think that period blood is dirty. Also, some people have difficulty buying sanitary napkins in Sri Lanka, so some use dirty cloth wraps and they aren't good for health (Sometimes those cloth wraps cause various infections. 3/4
