Tak pernah aku tunjuk gambar lamaaa...siapa gelak dosaaa


Okayyy i start diet since August last year until habis ramadhan tahun ni
meh saya share few tipss,hope this helps!


Everydayy,i makan 2 kali sehari.I breakfastt lambatt,around 10-11 pagi.i akan makan protein food.(2 telur goreng no minyak/2 half boiled egg/wholemeal bread dgn 1 telur goreng no minyak)
I dinner lambat sikit,around 5-6 pm.i makan (1/2 tuna in olive oil yg dalam tin tu & 1 telur goreng no minyak / chicken breast,goreng no minyak & salad) elakkan carbs and banyakkan makan protein food.kalau bosan sangat,i akan makan lauk tapii tak makan nasi
i jarang makan nasi.
