Okay so rant time:

Yesterday while browsing through Facebook I came across, a post on the movie Thappad, and a lot of mixed reviews on it.
If the movie was taken in right perspective it teaches us a lot.
It gets interesting.. wait for it
So I saw a comment, female comment stating
That, but in Kabir Singh after he slapped Preeti, he felt guilt and said sorry for it. They made it was cause
he was sorry for it. And that it was a ‘mistake’ made in the name of anger.
To which I commented that, nothing in the world gives anyone the right to slap the other person for any reason, and I’ve seen situations where in people just let it go cause it was a mistake, giving the other person the power to repeat it again.
So, where it all goes wrong, is isko mistake samjh k ignore karo, ye sabh hota hai, so people deserve second chances. This was what a female was saying.
And when I said, that I’ve personally been through something like this, I was called out for demanding attention. (WORST)
And it doesn’t really end here, they said that, second chances need to be given! And then the person says sorry ek baar, but repeat toh nahi kia na? This logic only sounds werid to me, what guarantee that in the future the person won’t repeat?
And as usual isme FEMINISM laya https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="😂" title="Face with tears of joy" aria-label="Emoji: Face with tears of joy">
Cause logo ko apparently ek hi word aata hai, when they’re losing a battle, or don’t have a valid enough point to argue feminism laao.
Anyway, sigh we live in a weird weird world.
And now they’re raising, child abuse & the times our parents have hit us, which is absolutely wrong. Even my parents may have (it was to teach me a lesson where I went wrong) it is wrong and they understand it now.
I won’t do that to my kids, I come from a different generation.
