why Miley Cyrus is a legend : a thread

To start off this thread, I just want to clarify that I in no way am a Smiler so I’m probably one of the most unbiased people you could find to write this. I mean, I actually dislike a lot of Miley’s music but she deserves her credit hence this thread.

First of all, she’s Billy Ray Cyrus’s daughter and Dolly Parton’s goddaughter. She was destined for greatness the day she was born.
