So this tweet must have become cause of someone's anxiety & mental health issue, and talk of the town for this so called K-Twitter because it's about someone who is a celebrated twitterati and well followed. https://twitter.com/FanaaFilla/status/1264624091882909697
First of all, some random person posting screen shots of tweets shouldn't be a cause for someone's anxiety or mental health issue. You need to balance between real life & social media, and learn how to react to things strongly.
If you feel the person who has posted your screen shot with a caption is a your hater making no sense, then you have several options at your disposal - Ignore, Block, Repond to him or Respond on your TL. You may also cherish the moment that you're significant & being talked about
However, if you have posted something which is apparently wrong, and it's being pointed out by someone. Then you need to clarify : Stand by it, clear the context, or retract from it. There is no reason to let it be a cause of your anxiety.
It's okay to keep on evolving and changing your views over the years or even months and days, when you aquire more knowledge or when you see things differently.
Over the past 10 years of social media - I've had several makeshifts. Firstly I used to tweet all about cricket & be staunch pro-Pakistani. I'd tweet to cricketers or even actors with the hope of gettinh replies & I did receive from many superstars.
Then with the advent of Eyesis (Daesh) I was drawn to them and become a stauch fanboy and supporter of them. So I became strongly anti-Paksitani & lost many dear friends for my stand.
But as they wrecked havoc all around and starting making takfeer and shedding blood of muslims, and as I acquired more knowledge, so became disillusioned with them and shifted back to old ideology.
So if someone digs out my old posts about a certain matter and then points out the contradiction with my present views, do I need to let it cause me anxiety or I need to stand by my present position and clarify.
And If I've posted something which is apparently wrong, I either clarify the context or justify it and move on, or apologise for the greater good.
Now comming back to the original point, "for the kachra to go back to facebook & instagram" this tweet in it's outlook is wrong & if it has been pointed out by someone, either it's be clarified in what context it has been said, or to accept it's wrong & move on.
Or one may ignore this whole exercise, block the person who is doing this exercise and move on. But don't let it be a cause of your anxiety. You gotta be more mature than that.
Finally a word about these boys, stop acting like fanbois & defend someone who is famous here irrespective of whether s/he's right or wrong. Stop acting like you've been hired as advocates. And stop acting like a gang pounding on someone if he takes on your favourite twitterati.
As much everyone has a right to post anything, simialrly people have right to post your screen shots if they feel a need to do it.

If you think you've right to call some people trash, insta migrants, etc etc, similarly people have right to hit back on you anytime.
And then you can chose your response accordingly - Ignore, Block & move on, Respond, Refute, Admit your wrong, etc etc.

Rest I've no personal grudges or zameen tanaza with anyone here.

Baqi wassallam.
