Gee, wonder why someone who has identified as queer dozens of times on here and RTed a bunch of bi tweets wouldn't directly come out as bi earlier ... couldn't be that they'd knew they'd run into gatekeepers and other invalidating jerks. (Transcript to come later)

Tweet 1, my response to a question asking the difference between bi and pan. It says “The way I think of it is that bi people are attracted to two or more genders, while pan people are attracted to people regardless of gender, but definitions change from person to person.” 2/6
Tweet 2, response to me from @Capn_Seth saying “This is the definition that I've seen most often and the one that I use. Gender plays a role in attraction for a bisexual person but not for a pansexual person.” 3/6
Tweet 3, response to previous tweets from @/karamantha saying “This thread is so frustrating. Gender doesn't play a role from me and I'm bi. Tbh I’ve never heard this definition until today and I’ve been out as bi for 15 years.” 4/6
Tweet 4, my response: “Hence why I specifically said that that's how I see it and that other people have different definitions. You coming here and saying “no you're wrong because that's not what my sexuality looks like” is invalidating to those of us who do ID that way.” 5/6
Second image is a screenshot of a QT thread made after I blocked the person. It says "'oh this is just my personal definition' seems a bit bullshit when I searched her profile and found zero mentions of 'bi' or 'pan' until today. Gosh so active. Much personal." 6/6
