Let's discuss this so you'll be a better health consumer.
First I'm not an endorser of the soap and this is not a paid advertisement.

Let's define
1. Aesthetician: a person who does a beauty procedure; a beautician; not necessarily an MD
2. Wax specialist: a person who uses wax in procedures (usually for hair removal); not necessarily an MD

So the person giving the advise (without an MD after her name) is not a person with DEEP understanding of HUMAN PATCH TESTING and HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS.
PATCH TEST: gold standard to say if a product applied on the skin causes reaction (irritant or allergic)

The author lists ingredients of the soap, explaining what they are and dropping scary terms: detergent, animal fats and oils, comedogenic, irritant, fatty tissue of cattle and sheep.
At an instant this listing creates fear in the reader - You don't want these on your face.

But this list is taken out of context. These ingredients are widely used in products because of their general safety. Although some individualss might be sensitive to them, not all will experience adverse events in using products with these ingredients.
People like to discredit products because they have "chemicals" in them. But how about apple cider vinegar? It's all organic? But you won't hear one honest board-certified dermatologist in the Philippines who will recommend it as a treatment for any skin condition.
Because organic IS NOT EQUAL to safe safe and effective.
Safety and efficacy are tested in HUMAN CLINICAL TRIALS. We just don't read online articles and commit that a product is safe/harmful even w/o the evidence from human trials. That's not responsible science communication.

The author continued to say bad things about the soap and then...wait for it...
She endorsed other soap brands.
And she didn't stop there. She endorsed herself to those who need a "customized" skin care regimen.
