Few steps that will cater to our people easily.
1) Nuclear family: specifically children limited to 2 numbers ONLY, Strictly applied or the entire family misses out on all the scheme's, facilities offered by Govt./Private/Insurance/Income Tax/Medical benefits.

2) Everyone pays taxes , even if it means filing zero returns. (Before Demo only 4% paid their taxes, now 6% pay )

3) All the benefits offered by Govt. / Private / Insurance / Income Tax / Medical benefits will be available only if you pay taxes (even if they are zero returns).

4) No Personal laws should be allowed-No Muslim law, No Dalit Law, No Hindu Law

5) Benefit schemes will be linked to the financial checkpoints and payment of IT returns. If they are economically deprived they get more benefit or they get less benefit even if they are Rich Dalits

6) Filing of Income Tax should become 10 times easier, it should be like going to ration dukaan and getting it done.

7) All the money transaction should have money trail, using Credit Cards, ePayments, where CASH is the only option then either payer or receiver should exchange handwritten receipts for transaction beyond 500/1000 rupees.

Shops should issue receipts from Govt. provided receipt machine (like in China).

Some of the above don't seem practicle but it is just implementing strictly and getting used to it.
