All of us here are talking as fans. But BH & Pledis decided on this from a business POV. And while some of us do understand what this entails, most don't. What's important is that Pledis will still operate independently. All those things you keep complaining about from Pledis +

+ will finally be given solution, like lack of marketing & promotions, because they will have the support that BigHit can provide. Seventeen will still make their own music and all success will still be thanks to their music & the support of the company, whether Pledis or BigHit.

All these opinions about how you don't want your idols to have opportunities of collaborations... Think if this is also what they want. They worked so hard and they have goals of their own. Opportunities will be beneficial in their career. Why hold them back?

About antis, if you are all getting anxious about them. Everyday we encounter these kinds of people. But aren't we Carats for a reason? If Scoups can make a song defending fans from antis, why can't we just defend them against these people too? It's inevitable, BH present or not.

Business is never a charity case. There is a reason why BH decided on Pledis - because there is an immense amount of potential from their artists. It goes both ways here. It's not just BH providing Pledis' artists support. It's also Pledis' artists proving to be profitable to BH.
