Self love tips (A thread) :
1. (1/2) Deal with your BULL-SHIT

This may seem difficult at first, but I can’t tell you enough how important it is to deal with internal conflict. To do so we must first be honest with ourselves about our inner struggles and how we are feeling...
(2/2) ... but being emotionally vulnerable is very good for your mental health. It may seem painful at first but there is no growth without challenge or pain https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="🌱" title="Seedling" aria-label="Emoji: Seedling"> you also must find healthy solutions for the struggles that you are dealing with, no matter how hard they’re FIGHT 4 U
2. speak positively about yourself & others

I know this sounds pretty cliche. But I truly believe the law of attraction & manifesting is so real. If you want to feel good about yourself and have positive things come to you, you YOURSELF must be a positive person.
3. stand up for yourself & stand up for what you believe in

Think about someone you’re extremely protective over. Would you let anyone just disrespect them or treat them anyway they wanted to? NO. So why should you view yourself any differently?!
4. (1/2) practice self care

Self care is CRUCIAL. When you take care of yourself physically and mentally it is impossible to not feel good about yourself. Exercise! Read! Drink water! Get a balanced diet going. Put on something you feel good in...
(2/2) ... Taking care of our mind & our bodies is how we are become the best versions of ourselves!
5. Be true to yourself!

In life not everyone is going to like you & that is more than okay!! Everything happens for a reason, some people mesh well together while others do not. You want to surround yourself around people who create positivity in your life and love you for you
