Because so many QAnon followers live their online lives in isolation (10,000 followers but no engagement), getting "Q& #39;d" is an effective way to grant an individual cultist a huge endorphin rush and encourage greater commitment to the movement. https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/in-excess/201902/love-bombing">https://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/in-e...
The thrill of being *part* of the love bomb mob is also important to reinforce the bond to the cult. It is the only thing most Anons ever get to do that feels like how they& #39;ve been told they should feel: like a digital army, a family, a community.
Once the love bomb passes, the Anon who got Q& #39;d will crave those endorphins, and is likely to become convinced that if only they could get Q& #39;s attention again, they might get "Q& #39;d" again.

Anons often talk about their hope to be Q& #39;d or for their friends to be Q& #39;d.
