(1) I’m a little frustrated with Republicans who pontificate about the #Flynn entrapment and the plot to frame Trump, “This mustn’t happen again.” That’s like saying, “They robbed Fort Knox. Now let’s make absolutely sure this doesn’t happen again.”

(2) The way we make sure it doesn’t happen again is for the DOJ to go after the perpetrators with single-minded ruthlessness. Indict them all, put them in handcuffs, starting with Obama if he gave the order

(3) Our entire confidence in the justice system rides on this. If the Clintons and Obamas can commit high crimes with impunity, then what does it even mean to say we are a nation of laws? Or that the Constitition requires equal justice under the law?
