Let's talk real quick. When I first came out and revealed my fight with depression/mental illness I was called bat shit crazy, I had so called friends insult me and stop supporting me, I even lost some clients with my business. #MentalHealthAwareness

To be honest, trying to save my life has been the hardest thing I've ever tried to do. So many people unfollowed and unfriended me. So many looked away when all I needed was a little help & people to listen... but on the flip side, many others understood and supported me.

I encourage anyone fighting depression/mental illness to speak out now. Time is your friend and ego, pride & denial are your enemies during this. To those supporting me, and those supporting others fighting mental illnesses, I thank you with my entire heart.
