Storytime: A thead

Summer night, around 9pm just finished night classes. I hope on the bus to head home. It's still warm outside as the sun is coming down and the clouds are pink like Cotton candy. I scroll on phone after I take a seat on the bus.

I hop on Soundcloud and see a song is trending—absolutely blowing up. Curious, I clicked on the song and waited for it to load, it's about 5 seconds and I'm getting impatient. something is telling me to wait.

So I did. The song starts. I hear a retro/1980's type piano playing a series of notes D# G C D A# C A F G. It repeats again. On its 3rd loop high hats immerge along with an 808s, and an 808 clap I'm all too familiar with. The loops repeats again and the 5th loop I hear a voice.

The voice yells "THEY TRYNA BE CLAY"
