There’s a certain album that cane out earlier this year that y’all and critics hyped up too quickly and honestly gave entirely too much, and now at least three better albums from that genre have come out but the pride is to strong to admit those albums are better

Because critics set the bar so high with that first album and objectively other albums have surpassed but they can’t give everything 100 so they put themselves in a spot where they’re devaluing these later releases because they fcked up lmao

And now fans are realizing they gave that first album too much and it’s funny to see the realizations play out in real time

But luckily I was ahead of the curve

But I will say the album in question is very good, very solid, and a career best.
