I’m sorry but healing from abuse and trauma induced by a person does not mean you need to be forced to forget about that person or forgive that person. Sometimes shit is scarring and healing doesn’t mean you disassociate from that. It’s okay to hate your abusers
Some ppl are rlly out here thinking that healing is some linear process of finding happiness. That’s not what healing means. Healing also means sitting with your grief and trauma, accepting it and actually rlly letting your anger out sometimes.
