Also ask why a man who dressed up as a chicken to goad ministers for a newspaper is paid £140k-£145k a year to head up comms for the leader of the fifth most powerful country on the planet?

That's another £145k that could have been added to Cummings' £99,999 per year that could fund the NHS, or a slogan on the side of a bus
