why it’s hard to date Cancer:
Cancers are natural lovers and nurturers but Cancers fear abandonment. Cancers are highly intuitive and sensitive. Cancers will notice the smallest change in another person and will immediately shut down if they think something is/went wrong.

It’s hard to get close to a cancer, they’ll always have a guard up. Cancers will try to hide their emotions even though it’s hard for them. Cancers are passive so if you did something to hurt them, they’re not going to say anything. They’ll slowly but surely detach from you.

Cancers don’t let shit go, they live in the past. A cancer will forgive but they’ll never forget and surely they WILL bring it up, even if it’s been 12 years. You do have to walk on eggshells with a Cancer because you don’t know what will trigger them.
