second this is half-serious but i couldn't help myself w expanding on it..

1. as cousins, keigo and touya would know the names of each other's dad. hori did bring up the thief takami back then, so what if that thief wasn't just a stranger, but a family member?

2. it would have more impact if dabi told hawks that his father's life was destroyed by his own father. surprisingly, keigo didn't know it was endeavor that caught his father, but it was dabi aka touya who revealed it to him.

3. how would dabi know hawks' name if it wasn't in the system? easy, he knew it back when they were kids, hanging out with each other. how could you forget a relative?

4. the fire weakness, however, was an accident. during their playdates as kids, touya accidentally set keigo's feathers on fire. he apologized back then, but now it proved to be useful while going one on one with hawks.

5. and if dabi and hawks were relatives, that would explain how endeavor might have recommended keigo to work with the commission, since he's family too. and he knows keigo's home life isn't the best, so why not train as a hero?
