1. Mindset

You must keep reminding yourself abt your goal! Remember why your losing weight and how amaizng it’ll be once u reach it! No matter how much tips U get, it all starts with you and how hard your going to work for it.

2. Diet

Now this is the most difficult part everyone struggles with. I spent theee years losing weight never succeeded untill this week I started to control myself and resist the junk food. You must set ur a cal limit, don’t be too strict and hard on urself tho, it’s importan

To eat! You still need energy and u still need to live! Start off by a “reasonable” limit, now this depends on how much u usally consume a day. My best suggestion is 800cals if u eat 1200cals a day, once u get use to it, u can alway lower it when u feel like ur ready, so 500cals?

So ik a lot of us gets forced to eat or is surround by food in the house, but u must be able to control and not eat the fat foods. Fruits are alway the best option to go to when hungry! Their low cals and delicious! I suggest a small bowl

When dinner time comes, ur mostly luckily gonna be forced to eat, so it’s important that you didn’t consume a lot during the day! During dinner, take to cut the food into smaller pieces to make it a lot, while still eating a right amount. Make sure ur feeling enough not full.
3. Exercise

This is can be very tough for some people! So I think this can alway be optional :) if u wnat to reach ur goal faster and exercise will be the best! You must burn off more then what u consume to get good results! Bcs we eat so less, I don’t suggest intense workouts

This is so IMPORTANT! If u think drinking coffe helps, it does not! Ur still gaining weight! Coffe is not good for ur helathy and is also like a drug! Whereas sleep, it helps replace ur hunger, and even help loses a pound or 2! I suggest getting 10 to 12 hrs of sleep

5. Motivation

It’s hard to keep urself motivated to keep working harder and resist the food. For me I love fashion, and so I alway look at different outfits and style I could wear once Im at my gw. This makes me want to work even harder to get to my goal!

ITS OK TO MESS UP AND ACCIDENTALLY BINGE! u can alway restart and try again! Don’t bully urself abt it

STARVATION DOES NOT HELP! U only end up binging it’s not safe, I’m limiting cals is already unhealthy but it’s still a lot better then not eating anything at all! So please eat and if u start to feel ill or extremely hungry, the please eat a meal! Ur doing this
