the fact that ppl don’t realize how tightly connected to misogyny comphet is and the way women and their role in society are perceived is so weird to me considering everyone is a feminist online

like obviously lesbians experience comphet on a completely different level because the fire is fueled by homophobia but comphet is entirely something that every woman has bc every woman is brainwashed since birth to believe that not only they have to end up with a man

but they also don’t have the right to even b picky abt the person they end up with as long as they find a man and settle their job is done and that’s also why women end up in awfully abusive relationships
