Ever since I picked up weight life has just not been that great for me socially. I’ve avoided crowded placed or places where I would see someone I hadn’t seen in a while cause you know mos “you’ve gained so much weight” like I don’t beat myself about it everyday.
I’ve struggled soo much with a diet and sticking to a plan, but I haven’t lost hope . It’s not as easy as “ if you don’t like it , change it” it’s a mental , emotional and a physical thing. For people who are in this situation of feeling unhealthy and insecure about your body...
I just ask you stay strong and build a healthy mind the decide if you want to change your body.
