lets start with the age of consent. in portugal the age of consent is of 14 year old. yes, fourteen
an adult is allowed to date a fucking fourteen year old, and if its caught most likely wont go to jail because this country is messed up like that

there was this case where (tw domestic violence) where a woman went to court because she was being abused by her ex , and the judge stated the bible (reminding everyone that portugal is a secular country) and said she deserved it

everytime i turn on the news i get sick of these country laws and how it affects women, children, people of colour, lgbt+ people, gypsys and much more
its 2020 but i feel like we are still in the renaissance era in terms of sentences and laws

our judges, priests, politicians etc. are criminals for allowing this type of things to happen
im scared, as a woman part of the lgbt+ community of can happen, since the laws are against me, against all people like me
