1. It's been a difficult 8 weeks for all of us. Some live alone while others have large families all in the same household and everything in between. Most of us have extended families that dont live with us.

2. Some of us want to run to our elderly parents to hug them but we dare not for fear of infecting them with a virus we dont know we have. Some long to get a cuddle from a grandchild who we miss desperately but we dare not for fear of infecting them with a virus we

Some live apart from their partner who they so want to hug, kiss and tell them everything will be ok, but dare not in case it's not ok.
Some who live alone do not see a friendly face or hear a friendly voice from one week to the next

4. while their mental health falls into a pit of despair. They desperately want to seek help but fear the States retribution so stay silent and desperate.
So we, the majority, have done as we have been advised by those who deem to lead us because we know that we are keeping

Others have missed the birth of new family members, some, and this is so desperately sad, have been unable to comfort a dying loved one due to the advice from those who we trusted to lead us through this national crisis.

6. Now this. This is what has got me so fucking angry.
We have been lied to, worse, we are being lied to. Those that are supposed to lead us simply don't care.

7. Mental health on the floor. Fuck you.
There are and have been so many heroes throughout this national crisis. All those on the front line, NHS, Carers, Shop workers, Bin men, Volunteers and so many many more who deserve our praise and admiration.

8. All of these are you. They're your friends, your neighbours and colleagues, they're the woman in the local shop who let you go first coz you looked sad, they're the bloke on Twitter who made laugh, they're the ones who kept you sane and safe
9. They are not our leaders and politicians. They've lied to us, they are lying to us.
So to everyone who's been unable to comfort a dying loved one, everyone who misses there grandchildren, everyone who is suffering with their mental health. Get angry.

10. Get angry now because we've been lied to, we are being lied to. It is a rule that applies to us but not those who deem to lead us. Do not let these lies go unanswered, do not fail to hold to account those who are lying to us. Do not let this slide.
