I haven’t enabled any reservations of the limited edition. They will be available on a first-come first-served basis. As I’ve received several interested requests regarding the limited copies, I am expanding the number of limited books to 26 (corresponding to the letters A–Z).

The only difference between the editions is that for the limited:
* you will be able to reserve a lettered copy from A-Z [i.e. the first 26 books]
* it will be signed »by one of the series editors«
* it will be stamped on the limitation page
* an edge dye/stain will be applied

When the books arrive I’ll start putting together shipments in weekly batches. If you need to place an international order, I won’t be able to fulfill those directly at the moment, so please arrange beforehand with a shipping forwarder if possible.
