The expression "if you& #39;re not part of the solution, you& #39;re part of the problem" cannot be more true than in the effort to overcome racism.

Fellow white people: if you whine about running into systemic resistance in trying to be an ally and feel helpless, how the hell do you think Black people feel, after literally centuries of trying to change things? And how else is it going to change?

We white people created, and benefit from, this mess. It& #39;s on us to fix it.

And if you don& #39;t like hearing about it, and minimize and negate the experiences and wisdom of those who have suffered racism, then that is YOUR problem to figure out.

Figure it out, and get in the game.

So either be open, fully supportive and committed to the cause, or get the f*** out of the way, because true racial equality has been far too long in coming.
