I'm all for holding the govt to account but this take and others like it downplays the blatant white and abled entitlement demonstrated for us yesterday.

They thought in their minds some version of, "we'll be OK" or it's worth the risk", something BIPOC and disabled people don't have the benefit of right now.

So sure, Doug doesn't get credit but I'm still gonna call out yesterday for the white supremacy and ableism it was.

So, please, when we talk about "people", what people are we specifically talking about?
