A thread of things that EA can do to make Career Mode better to play.

1. Add an option to add buy-back clauses

2. Bring back the "loan with option to buy" setting

3. Stop with the "Transfer talks have broken" 90% of the time

4. Bring back the "Boss, I'm not feeling well" But don't over do it like back in Fifa 15

5. Bring the option to choose/invite teams for friendlies rather than just competitions like back in Fifa 14. You'd send an invitation for a friendly game to a team and they can decline or accept it

6. Add an option to play training games including ur youth players in them

7. Setting to change the kit design of each team each season

8. Realistic fixtures and games

9. Option to interact with fans and players rather than wait for players to interact

10. Have an option to play friendly games with ur friends online with ur Career Mode teams
