20% of counties are within 20 new cases per million guideline. 26% are more than 5x guideline. Eight counties are more than 10x guideline: Echols, Hancock, Turner, Wilkinson, Clay, Habersham, Banks, Bacon.
Since Monday that's -17 pts under 20, +11 pts 5x, +1 10x.

Over half of Georgia resides in the 31 counties of the Atlanta MSA. Atlanta MSA active cases generally stable in larger population counties, but a good week in Henry and concerning in Gwinnett and Cherokee.
