they’re has been a 400% increase in supermarket employee harassment since lockdown, including spitting and verbal abuse. This is disgusting. Sainsbury’s can now only ADVISE that only 1 person from each family enters the shop at a time...
Due to employees not knowing if a customer could have a hidden disability, they do not have the power to turn people away. Please please don’t go in with a parent/sibling/child if you don’t have to. It feels so unsafe having whole families walking round together....
Employees are unable to socially distance even 1 metre let alone 2. I am aware I have only just started working in a supermarket, but in this climate I have been kind of thrown in at the deep end and I really want people to understand this
