Why Louis Tomlinson deserves everything and nothing less, a thread

Lets start off with LGBTQ+. People state that he is homophobic because of an incident that happened where he accidentally stood on a pride flag.
These tweets and tumblr posts state that he isnt, theyre interactions louis has had where he made sure to use the right pronouns.

This is a person's experience with Louis, she states that Louis supported her and made her feel normal. That he doesn't box people in certain group, that we're all one group, one family.

This is the same person defending Louis when people claimed he wasn't supportive

Continuing this topic he has also signed a pride plag with his name, supporting this statement. He told the fan "be proud" while signing it. He also signed a copy of his album with "lesbian rights" stating that he does support the LGBTQ+ community

He also stood up for his lgtbq+ fans a bunch of times in interviews, this is a clip where Louis says that it doesn't matter who or what they are they all listen to their music.

Here's another clip that isn't really about lgbtq+ fans but more about the toxic masculinity there is, Louis doesn't like it that the fans are mistreated just because they're male. You can clearly see how defensive he gets for his fans when the interviewer shows his discomfort.

Next topic is the amount of charities he has done, and he's done a lot, he always wants to give back and help the people around him, this something Jay, his mother, has said about him and that he always turns the hate into something good:

Louis signed a shirt to support the Shining Stars Theatre Group, this is an organisation that is dedicated to aid children who are on the autism spectrum. In order to get a chance to win the shirt you had to donate £10, all the donations went straight to the charity.

Louis is a Patron of Stacey's Smiles to Support Children with Neuroblastoma, this charity supports families that are affected by the childhood cancer neuroblastoma. The charity helps the patience and family cope with the ilness by granting their wishes, organizing partiess etc.

Louis is a supporter of The Harvey Hext Trust (a siblings wish) which provides unique, bespoke and personalized memory boxes to help preserve memories of a lost sibling.

Louis has participated in many charity football events for example, Soccer Aid 2016. The match features celebrities and former football stars, raising money for UNICEF aid, which provides humanitarian and developmental assistance to children and mothers in developing countries.

Louis hosted the Believe in Magic Cinderella Ball in August 2015, it was a ball where terminally ill children were treated like princes and princesses. Louis reportedly donated £2,000,000 to the charity

Moving on, the relationship he has with his fans isn't a normal fan-artist dynamic, it's more like you're friends he hasn't seen in a while, the interractions he has are pure and do come from the heart.

You can really see the dynaic here, he treats them as friends and always jokes around when he meets them, making sure they have the best experience

He makes sure we are okay and thanks us so many times when we do something, he makes sure we know we are appreciated and loved.

this is one of my favorite interactions he has had on twitter, he makes sure we know that it doesn't matter to him that we can't buy his album the fact that we support him is more than enough, it shows that he truly cares about us, and its not all about the money

he always makes sure to congratulate his bandmates and people he has collabed with with their achievements and albums they have released

He has remained so strong with everything that has happened, his loved ones passing away, the hate he has gotten and he still manages to look at the bright side of things, like his siblings say, or as he says: "the glass being half full"
