This Joe Biden situation has exposed alot of white people man.

It's exposed those who pretend to have "cookout clout".

It's exposed the "performative allies" who "speak up" in support of us, but who are enraged when you ask them to stay silent in favor of our own voices.

It's exposed the "good", supportive type who now lament a lack of "professionalism" and "decency" from black people who are not Barack Obama. Because "anger" is not for black people unless THEY say so, & you can't be made at Biden - he played "2nd fiddle" to a black man .

Like doing so had no political benefit to the man now running on that black man's legacy.

It's exposed the YTs willing & ready to pretend to be on our side when even the slightest scratch of the surface would expose their true intentions. (*Cough, trump shirts, cough*)

And lastly it's exposed just how many white people, including in my own life (so I know you have a black friend!) simply can not help themselves from talking down on, lecturing to and telling us what OUR community needs based off what would be best for THEM.

I, and the rest of us, will vote for Joe Biden when we each feel comfortable. And if that means Joe's gotta answer 10,000 questions for the black people who've carried his entire legacy to date, he should be on his knees thanking us for the opportunity to.

If that's too big of an ask for you, if you think that's destructive, too complicated for you. Please kindly shut the fuck up, step aside, & stop calling yourself any sort of ally to our people or our causes.
