Some questions about how we make sense of webinars being delivered at the moment. Working on basis of knowledge construction we can listen for procedural recipes (what and how to do), procedural rules (broad ideas of what or how to do), declarative reasoning (why)
connecting principles between knowledge bases. This may support shifting from uni to multi to relational to abstract understanding of problem setting and solving. Thus supporting more complete mental model of a context.
Using this it is possible to see that Twitter can really only offer procedural knowledge with some limited (e.g. these tweets) declarative underpinning. If you're interested in the declarative these ideas are evolved in these papers available on my researchgate page
Personally, when I listen to webinars I'm typically interested in rules & reasons why of those delivering. However, if I'm listening as a rugby coach, where I'm more novice, I'm interested in the recipes & rules, from which I'll try & unpack/connect declarative reasoning myself.
