During the lockdown, I have only recently gone back to work. Ever since we reopened, we have implemented a queuing system to limit how many people can go into the restaurant. (1/5)
This is so that customers can keep 2 metres away from each other because the takeaway restaurant itself is small, it also doesn't help that we have a very limited amount of employees at the moment. (2/5)
It absolutely sickens me to witness such entitled behavior from a lot of customers (towards employees) who decide to order during the customer rush hour, in which some of them have been verbally abusive towards me and my co-workers. (3/5)
You do have to realise that we cannot control how many customers come over, so you do need to take that into consideration and prepare yourself a lot of time. If there is a queue, YOU HAVE TO STAND IN IT! You have no right to cut in line and/or complain about the queue. (4/5)
I did not have to say this, but you need to respectful towards the staff and the other customers. It is incredibly stressful for us during these times and it would be really helpful if you were co-operating with the rules. Thank you for reading this. (5/5)
