Strange enough, in Hiligaynon, genitals are named in accordance to age/size (and colloquialism per town).

Let me explain: (1/x)
In order of size:
Puchurukoy
Pisot
Pitotoy
Pitoy
Boto
Tarugo
All babies have a puchurokoy and will later be pisot when they go pass toddler years.

They will remain pisot until they get tuli (circumcised)

3/x
Then they become pitotoy which will remain that way until they hit puberty.

Adults can either be pitoy/boto/tarugo depends on the size

4/x
It's important to note that tarugo is often used in documented literature and even casual conversations as a point of exageration or in reference to an animal/beast.

End of thread. This little language lesson is up for discussion. It's possible I miss out on a few things
