This week we mailed nearly 1 million monetary determination letters. Please open and review the form for accuracy as soon as you receive it.

If corrections are needed, fill out a Request for Reconsideration form and return it right away.
These determination letters provide a date by which you must make return a Request for Reconsideration.

Due to delays with USPS mail during this crisis and implementation of new federal programs, you may receive the letter after the printed deadline.
During this crisis, the deadline for a response is 30 days from the date the letter is postmarked.

That means you may submit your response even if you received the determination late or after the deadline had passed.
If your weekly benefit rate is determined to be $0, you should immediately apply for PUA if you haven't already done so.

If you have applied and been approved for PUA, you may already be receiving benefits. There is no need to take action besides continuing to certify weekly.
