I don’t thing Cummingsgate is an intentional dead cat or whatever but the effect is the same - please don’t take your eye off the fact that a week tomorrow, schools will re-open against the advice of teachers, scientists and doctors!!

Most teachers are already unionised, but if you know any teaching assistants, school cleaners, school admin assistants, school transport drivers, caretaking staff - are they in a union? TAs can join the NEU, or there’s Unison, Unite or IWW

Forgot school cooking staff and midday supervisors! And there’ll be more I’ve forgotten.

If someone you care about does one of these jobs, make sure they’re in a union. Offer to pay their subs if you can.
