@amazon @amazonin I bought Amazon basics AC Order # 407-0301938-8721124 and paid for installation too at same time. Installation person came and declared issue in the power source and denied for the installation. I got the power issue resolved from DHVBN

And placed the order for installation again on 16th may after issue resolved from DHVBN. its 24th and no installation has been done. I am calling cut care daily and being informed to wait for next day and so on, Daily they are committing for next day and again.

Today i talked to Mr. Aditya from large appliance team. He informed that amazon could't help me in installation , suggested me to contact brand, which is amazon itself. sounds funny. After 10 days of continous followup and wrong information was provided.

Q1 . If installation has to be done by the brand, why did they kept promising daily for tomorrow, also mailed me the same. When i contacted brand amazonobasics they said installation parts like copper wire has to be provided by the http://amazon.in .

Now the concern is if i get the installation done by third party then i wont be eligible to get the warranty. If i get it installed from http://amazon.in  but they are denying to do it, and brand amazonbasics is telling get parts from http://amazon.in  first.

Which way to go Now. @amazonin @amazon if you cannot do the installtion kindly take the AC back. @JeffBezos I'm sorry but i did't order this AC for any museum, Nor i have one, I ordered this to get some chill in my room and for that installation is required i think.
