Hindus don’t you get tired of colonising adivasi /tribal communities. Since centuries you’ve been trying and with all your efforts we have survived, our religions, our cultures, our values has survived and is distinct from Hinduism or any other religions for that matter.

Adivasi /Tribal religion is not Hinduism or Christianity or Islam or Buddhism. Many Adivasis have converted to hinduism like many have converted to Christianity or Islam...this does not make the converted adivasi any less adivasi.

Neither does it mean that the religion of adivasi communities is Hinduism. Adivasi /tribal communities have distinct religious systems and practices... Sarna is the religion of the adivasi community I come from (Munda).

In the discourse of India being a secular nation Adivasis have always been sidelined...the Indian State has been colonising and forcefully converting us to diku religions by not listing adivasi / tribal religion in the census.
