Cynthia Morgan doesn't need pity party. She needs constructive criticism. Not telling people the way it is would end up hurting them more in the long run than it would if you hurt their feelings momentarily but set them up to make better decisions for their life.

Sometimes you need people that'll trash talk your actions just so you try prove them wrong which makes you take better precautions ergo better decisions. If someone had told her, "I hope you don't sign a contract without getting a lawyer to read it o, you know you're dumb".

That word might have hurt her right then and then but at least it'll registered in her brain that she needs a lawyer and maybe she would have gotten a final year law student cousin of hers who would have told her to trash the contract or make it better. Today, she won't be in

this predicament.

But pampering people's feelings is exactly how they end up in deeper shit. Everybody wants to be nice all the time. So they don't give constructive trash talk. Sometimes you need someone to piss all over your dreams.

This was something i learnt from Charlamagne tha god who wanted to be a rapper until someone he respected told him he cannot rap for shit and he should better go do radio because he talks a lot of smack. That person gave us the Charlamagne tha god that we know today.

He could have been an akata speed darlington if someone didn't have the courage and boldness to look him in the face and give him that constructive trash talk. Bullies trash talking Zuckerberg is how we have Facebook.

Divine misdirection I believe is the word Charlemagne used.

If Cynthia Morgan had had someone who constantly trash talked her business moves because no way at least one of her friends does not know that she's dumb enough to sign a contract that'll put her in the predicament that she is in today. But noone said anything, they made her

believe she's the original german juice or whatever she calls it.

I know she'll get help, I know there are a lot of successful people who can relate to her struggle and who will help her out. I know her sunken place is just a springboard to bounce her up again.

I hope she has learnt her lesson. I hope other people will learn from her (not holding my breath on this one, because people are stupid stupid). Next time, read what you're signing before you sign. If a deal looks too good, it is too good.

Don't get caught up in that momentary feeling of success because someone is offering you a deal. Read the damn contract or if you can't hire someone to do it. You'll find a lot of people willing to work for free now for a future reward if you can't afford them.

Classic example of trash talking people for good is Aproko Doctor. Somehow that shit resonates with people more than pampering their feelings and a lot of people say they think about his words when they are about to make a bad eating decision.
