So this evening a glass shattered in my child’s mouth. While they were sitting, drinking room temperature water. Their mouth is cut & now they’re in the ER getting an X-ray because we think the missing piece of glass was swallowed. Might wanna recall these @Kmart_Australia FFS

I don’t think Kmart have a verified twitter account, their customer line is only open weekdays, so this is more about saying - if you’ve got these glasses in your cupboard (they’re so pretty, so I assume are popular) maybe don’t use them. It shattered during regular use

X-ray done, Dr & ED team were solid, kiddo can come home & they’ve said we need to watch carefully for the next 24 hours to make sure the glasses passes safely. If it gets caught on his bowels etc that would be bad. So fingers crossed & Jesus was a rotten evening
