But nooooo, you’ll choose to not involve a Lawyer, skim through the contract or even have no contract at all because you think a Lawyer is trying to “over charge” you or that there’s absolutely no need for one.

The truth is the amount you’ll pay a lawyer will not even measure up to a quarter of the amount you’ll lose or eventually have to part way with when issues start arising.

Even for the “littlest” contract, even if it’s between you and your “friend” or “someone that is like family”, engage a Lawyer. The importance of one cannot be over emphasised.
