As to the question of HOW to staff, that is a whole other question. The subject of a lot of discussion. Maybe I'll do another post about that another day. But please understand that many of us, myself included, didn't know a single person when we got here. 3/

And as women or POC we scratched and clawed our way in and up. I was routinely the only woman on staff on numerous shows. So it's kind of a bummer to hear that people think we are being thoughtless about inequality of opportunity. end/
