The #DemocratPlantation survives on "keeping people in their place;" they make promises to give away the world to their voters for votes all the while making legislation "keeping them in their place.

Often it's said that the #Republican party is "for the rich" & that the Democrat Party is "for the poor."
In that case, wouldn't it be an incentive for Democrat politicians to keep blacks poor so they will keep voting for them? #LogicalThinking
