It’s been 7 months since the head admins of this shop left us ( @mysticbts_ , @kpvonhand_twt , @kpopvliss , @/D1minie)
We don’t know them personally but we just know @mysticbts_ real? name (Jana Villamor) and contact # which are all useless

Days/weeks ang lumipas and wala parin silang paramdam kahit “seen” wala din. Yung mga phone numbers unang try nagri-ring, second and third waley na.
So we decided na kumilos na kasi marami ng buyers ang naghahanap ng items nila.

Phone numbers lang and name na Jana Villamor lang ang meron kami since yung lang naman ang kailangan kapag magpapadala ng pera for payment ng items and commission ng mga admins. We only know First name ng ibang admins na laging nababanggit and name-mention sa mga twt ni Ate Jana.
Their names are Becca, Kenj, Kenneth?, and @D1minie
May admin din na may hawak sa @kpvonhand_twt , carousell and shopee & @kpopvliss.ph IG account which is hindi din namin alam kung sino.

We decided narin na i-close na itong shop, para sa ikabubuti ng lahat and para hindi na maulit ang nangyari.
Tapos narin po naming ipadala lahat ng refund na almost 9k sa lahat ng buyers na nag message sa amin dito and sa FB.

We’re really hoping na mabalik yung pera na pinang refund namin since in the first place wala kaming hawak na pera from buyers dahil lahat ng pera nireremit na namin sa kanila through pera padala once na receive namin and most of us na 4 na natirang admin is nag-aaral pa

Meron po silang portion sa Urbanizta Boutique sa Silang, Cavite may portion sila dun sa shop na may mga naka display na KPOP merch mostly for #BTS they are also traveling in and out of the country to be specific sa Korea for #BTS events and #BTS merch
